It seems that Audi India has planned something special to celebrate the new year. As per the new report, Audi India will introduce the new 2018 model of Audi Q5 in India. The company will introduce it in January 2018.
Talking about the design, every detail of the Audi Q5 features the characteristic Q design and embodies momentum and superiority. This includes the distinctive bonnet and the gently sloping roof line as well as the outer mirrors mounted onto the shoulder and the narrow window line.
The vehicle will come with Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto integration which allows the drivers access to their compatible smartphone’s features, such as navigation, telephone, music, and select third-party apps, and can be controlled through the MMI interface, voice control system or steering wheel controls.
The vehicle will come with the Legendary Quattro all-wheel drive with ultra-technology which combines driving dynamics with efficiency. In specific driving circumstances, it can proactively switch from front-wheel drive to all-wheel drive, giving the vehicle power before it’s needed. The lightweight suspension of the Audi Q5 is an all-around MVP, offering a ride that is comfortable, agile and engaging. The car will have the adaptive damping suspension which will give the best control of a variety of different suspension and damping options.
Under the infotainment, the vehicle will come with Audi sound system and single CD player with MP3 playback option. There will be a 5-inch monochrome driver information system and 7 inch MMI center infotainment system. For security, the car will have front passenger dual stage airbags, thorax side airbags, head curtain airbags, ABS, electronic brake pressure detection, electronic stability control (ESC), tire pressure monitoring system, LATCH, electromechanical parking brake and more. The vehicle will have three-zone automatic climate control.
As per the report, the new Audi Q5 will come with both diesel and petrol engine with 2.0 fuel capacity. The engines will be supported by a seven-speed automatic transmission.
