India’s first electric supper bike is set to be unveiled soon. The bike has developed by a Bangalore based two-wheeler company named Emflux Motors. The electric supper bike has been named as the Emflux Model 1. As per the report, the bike will be unveiled at the 2018 Auto Expo which will be held on 7th February 2018. It is expected that the bike will be priced between Rs. 5lakh to Rs. 6 lakh.
Talking about its specifications, the bike carries a liquid cool AC induction motor. The motor gets power from Samsung lithium-ion batteries. It gives maximum speed of 200Kmph. It gives good acceleration as it can reach 0-100 km/h in just 3.0 seconds. It gives a torque of 84Nm at 8400rpm.
The bike comes with bold and sporty looks. It carries single sided swing arm which will give more strength to the rear axle. The device is equipped with 7inch TFT display. It features GPS navigation, real-time vehicle diagnostics, auto update and more. It also comes with a mobile app so the rider can stay connected to the bike. The bike also offers Bike to Bike connectivity option. All these options have made this a smart and intelligent bike.
The bike comes with powerful Brembo brakes made with Monoblock Aluminum. The break system is designed using topological optimization calculation software to give maximum safety on the road to the riders. It gives maximum stiffness and lightness to the bike.
The bike carries dual channel continental ABS. It will give shorter braking distance with better stability. The bike features regenerative braking system.
While the Emflux Model 1 will be introduced as a superbike, the company has also informed that it will also bring another version of the bike named as the Emflux Model 2. It will come in two variants. In one variant the top speed will be 150km and second variant will have 220Km top speed.
