A few days ago it came to know that LG will launch its new smartphone named the LG G7. The device will come with some unique specifications and features. Now a newly leaked information has added more to it. A leaked patent has recently revealed that the Korean smartphone maker LG is planning to give an advanced iris scanner in the device. The advanced iris scanner will give best unlock technology and also will protect sensitive personal information. It is also said that the advance scanner will get ready for the launch of the LG G7.
As per the report, the iris scanner will scan the bio-metric characteristics of the user’s eyes and sets up with a light screen and a dark screen, since the iris changes in size, depending on how much light gets to it. The iris scanner will check what the users are looking at. Then the scanner will verify the data, and then only the sensitive app will open for the users.
As per the information, LG will give a camera in this device which can work as an infrared scanner and normal camera. The iris scanner works with infrared light.
Talking about the features and specifications of the LG G7, the device will come with a 5.8-inch QHD+ display having 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, and the aspect ratio will be 18:9. The LG G7 is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The device will get a 6 GB of RAM and will offer 128 GB of internal storage capacity. About the camera, it is expected that the device will come with four cameras, i.e., on the rear side it may carry a 16MP+16MP dual camera, and on the front, it may come with an 8MP+8MP dual camera. It may come with a 5300mAh battery and will support fast charging. It is said that the device will hit the market in the second quarter of 2018.
