TVS Motors has announced the official release date for TVS Apache RR 310S which has developed with Akula concept. The previous report just informed that the Apache RR 310S will be launched in December 2017 but didn’t disclose any particular date. However, as per the new report, the most awaited bike will be launched on 6th December. The concept of the bike was showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo held in 2016.
With a sporty body structure, the bike comes with the twin-projector headlight and LED tail lamps. It has a large fuel tank. The lower body structure comes with a fin-like shark design and has splits seats. With sporty looks, the bike will give best and comfortable riding experience to the riders.
Talking in detail about its technical features and specifications, TVS Apache RR 310S comes with 17 inches allow wheels Pirelli Pilot street tyres. On the front, it will have the disc brake system, and on the rear, the bike will have floating calipers, and it is expected that the bike will have the dual-channel ABS. It is expected that the bike will give stiff competition to the DSK Benelli 302R, the Kawasaki Ninja 300, and the KTM RC 390.
The power capacity of the bike will be equal to the power of The BMW G310R. The TVS Apache RR 310S will come with a 313cc single-cylinder engine which is developed by BMW Motorrad. It also features DOHC, liquid cooled and fuel injected system. It will produce the power of 33.5 BHP at 9,500 RPM and a peak torque of 28 Nm at 7,500 RPM. Paying tribute to its three decades racing history, TVS Motors now bringing in the Apache RR 310.
As per the information, the bike will come with two color variant, i.e., Blue and Red. The Apache RR 310S will cost between 1.6 lakh to 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom price).
